We made the decision to rip everything out of the plot and start afresh. All of the plot was strimmed and we composted what we could. The rest was piled together until the skip arrived.
After 3 weeks we have cleared the rubbish and set up a temporary compost heap (yours truly at the heap).
We have also planted 40 strawberry plants and Sue has ordered more to fill the bed from Garden Bargains
